My Experience:
I’m a passionate scientist and educator with over 20 years of experience supporting learners of all ages and abilities, including:
Teaching at university level, delivering lectures and leading small-group sessions at universities in UK, Europe and Asia
Supervising A-level, Undergraduate, Master’s and PhD research projects
Mentoring early-career scientists
Working in London primary schools
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a UK charity
Conducting scientific research on childhood autism in the UK and Kenya
Conducting scientific environmental research and developing conservation education programs in the UK, Vietnam & Malaysia
I’ve also studied otters for 16 years, in the wild and in the lab, and even authored a children’s book about them!

Currently, I work for a UK government organisation as an environmental science consultant and researcher.
I regularly present at international conferences, chair a journal club and organise and participate in educational outreach initiatives to inspire the wider community in science.
My interdisciplinary background allows me to bring a unique approach to teaching, blending scientific expertise with a deep understanding of learning.
